When you receive your bunched flowers, you will need to cut the stems and an angle and stick them directly into a water/floral food mixed bucket of water.  Be careful to not overcrowd your bucket. You will need at least 5" of water per 2 bunches.  Flowers usually take two - three days to open fully. Keep in a cool place that does not have a heat source or  A/C blowing directly on them nor have sun shining directly on them, as this can cause leaves and floral bloom to prematurely wilt.
